*To determine your current chainline, measure from the center of your seatpost to a tooth on your middle ring or consult the bicycle manufacturer's specifications. Pick the BB with the chainline that is closest to that measurement. Choose an "E" type shell if you wish to use a BB mounted roller guide or front derailleur.
