Online ordering can sometimes be difficult, you don't have the luxury of handling the item in person before you buy. If what you receive isn't quite what you were looking for, or an item of clothing doesn't fit, you may return the unused item within 30 days for free exchange, your money back or a store credit towards another item. Please note: clearance items can be returned for store credit only. All returns must be shipped postage paid to: Ramsay's Cycle & Sport, 616 Keltic Dr, Sydney, N.S., B1L 1B6. COD returns will be returned to sender.
Special Orders
Special order items, items which are not listed on this web page as regular stocking items, can be returned for store credit only. We can not accept returns of any merchandise that has been modified or used in any way (such as cutting the steerer on a suspension fork).
How We Ship
We only ship to the USA and Canada.
All shipments are sent for a flat rate of $7.99 via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with insurance to cover the full value of the item. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it. If your shipment is lost, we will make our best effort to replace the purchased items in a timely manor. Shipments arrive in 4-6 business days to major centers in Canada.
All small US shipments (under 10 lbs.) are sent via Xpresspost USA for a flat fee of $15.99 Canadian. Transit time is 4-6 business days to major centers, pending Customs. Larger shipments will be sent via the best available method, cost will vary according to size of item, you will be contacted before anything is charged to you.
